Position title : Recruitment Consultant Location: Shenton Way Working Days: 5 days, 8 to 6 p.m. After probation - Working hours will be 10 a.m to 5 p.m. (if hit daily KPI) Salary : Starting with B Position title : Recruitment Consultant Location: Shenton Way Working Days: 5 days, 8 to 6 p.m. After probation - Working hours will be 10 a.m to 5 p.m. (if hit daily KPI) Salary : Starting with Basic $2950 + $250 KP allowance + commission Requirements and Skills Degree in any discipline Candidates who are CEI certified would be of advantage With the passion & affinity to achieve target / KPI Good interpersonal and communication abilities Able to work effectively in a fast paced and results-oriented environment A self-starter, goal driven person willing to put in the required effort to advance Job Scope Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary, contract or permanent positions jobs with clients' companies Conduct networking in order to attract business from client companies and build relationships with clients Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media Search for candidates through Supreme HR's database to find the right person for the employer's vacancy receive and review applications, arranging interviews, and short-listing candidates Brief candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question Prepare and edit resumes and forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants Organize interviews for the candidate as requested by the client by calling and emailing them the required details Inform candidates about the results of their interviews Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates and career progression Follow up on interview schedules and status with hiring manager/HR Any ad hoc administration duties Career opportunities: Successful candidate can expect strong career development where you will be fast tracked in your role.
