Recruitment Consultant
to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and provide recommendations to clients
Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent strategies
Ensure compliance with
MOM regulations
and maintain proper documentation
Meet and exceed individual and team placement targets
Requirements
CEI (Basic) certification
is mandatory.
Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
Familiarity with Singapore's Employment Act and MOM guidelines is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
