About the role

Talent Blaze Pte Ltd is seeking an exceptional Recruitment Consultant / Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent across a variety of industries in the Downtown Core Central Region. With a focus on building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions, this position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

Proactively sourcing and identifying quality candidates to fulfil client recruitment needs Conducting in-depth candidate screening and interviews to assess skills and fit Maintaining an extensive database of qualified candidates and building a robust talent pipeline Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements Providing consultative advice to clients on recruitment best practices and market trends Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly recruitment targets and sales goals Collaborating with the wider team to share knowledge and leverage resources

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. Excellent networking and stakeholder management capabilities. A proactive, resilient and target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results. Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. Familiarity with the recruitment life cycle and industry best practices. A genuine interest in helping people find their dream jobs.
