Recruitment Consultants who delivers permanent and temporary recruitment services across our client portfolio.
Duties to include:
- Identifying and implementing improvements to ensure there is efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment process
- To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all our client
- Ensure meaningful information and reporting is produced that measures and reflects the value Resource Solutions adds to the client
- To achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment process
Responsibilities:
- Working alongside operational teams, keeping them updated regularly about the status of recruitment
- Advising on market trends and skills
- Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice, internal policy compliance and external legislative compliance
- Escalation of HR / recruitment issues and ensuring full compliance
- Provision of regular commentary on direct recruitment activity to marketing team
- Providing strategic partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring they are kept abreast of all recruitment developments
- Ability to build strong relationships and be able to engage with client
- Good knowledge of candidate attraction methods
- Proven record of delivering effectively and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- CEI certified
