Job Responsibilities Responsible for matching candidates to temporary, contract or permanent positions jobs with clients Establish rapport with clients and candidates Responsible for drafting and advertising adverts on various media platforms Perform full fledge of recruitment from sourcing to identifying, interviewing and final contract offering Conduct briefing to candidate on the responsibilities and requirements, salary, and benefits relating to the vacancy Present resumes to clients Set up interviews for the candidate at the convenience of clients' availability Follow up on interview schedules and status with hiring manager/HR Update candidates on the outcome of their interviews Any ad-hoc administration duties such as report preparationsJob Requirements Minimum Diploma in any discipline with CEI certification with minimum 1-2 years experience A self-starter, goal-driven and passionate individuals who set out to achieve target / KPI Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to work effectively in a family-oriented environment with healthy competition Familiar with remote meeting tools and set-upsOther Information Full-Time/Freelance roles are available Working Location: Tai Seng Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri) Basic Salary: $1.5K to $4.5K Basic Salary + Attractive commission schemeJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FreelanceSalary: $1,500.00 - $4,500.00 per monthBenefits:
