Job Responsibilities . Sourcing of clients in the CMP Sectors for their hiring needs on placement of foreign workers. . Monitoring the hiring process to ensure no hiccup. . Proactively connect with existing clients to build good relationships to secure continuous patronage of services. . Sourcing of potential new clients via cold callings, emails marketing, social media platforms and etc. . Conduct screening of candidates and follow up interviews if required by the clients. Job Requirements . Possess Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI). . Applicants with experiences in placement of foreign workers from Bangladesh and India will be advantageous. . Proficient in MS Office. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Positive working attitude, target-driven and a team player.
