We are seeking for passionate individuals who are comfortable in speaking and engaging with people as candidates and clients alike. With us, you will enhance your knowledge in the technology landscape as well as getting involved in other industry sectors that fancy your interest. Position Responsibilities:

• Much of a Recruitment Executive work involves selling our services to potential clients, engaging them through cold, warm and hot calling.
• Performing preliminary screening such as interviewing, assessing, matching them with client vacancies.
• Will also handle succeeding processes such as scheduling, candidate preparation, job offer negotiation.
• Other day-to-day recruitment tasks such as job advertising, developing candidate pool, database management etc.

Position Requirements:

• GCE O level, Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder.
• No experience in recruitment are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with comprehensive Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) as required by MOM.
• Sales driven and has strong passion talking and engaging with people via phone, email and face-to-face.
• PC knowledge on a user level (eg: MS Office, Internet, Email)
• Flexible work hours, hybrid work arrangement.
