Source suitable candidates for various positions by applying various recruitment sourcing methods such as headhunting, referrals, job advertisements, social medias, database and others
Undertake the full recruitment process from pre-screening, shortlisting and selection of suitable candidates for client interviews.
Provide recruitment services and conduct full recruitment cycle for our clients
Assist client in arranging and scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates
Manage both client and candidates\' expectations such as salary negotiation, employment benefit packages, HR Matters and others.
Explore creative methods to expand your candidates database.
Create and advertise jobs on different job portals and social media sites.
Maintain relationship with existing clients and candidates and foster long term relationship
Exposure to candidate and stakeholder management
Will be responsible from time to time to handle industrial cases and staff grievances
Responsibility will cover contract outsourcing, ad hoc temporary assignment and to meet client requirements.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree and above with 1-year hands on experience in a recruitment agency or a related HR practice.
Experienced candidates without a formal diploma/degree are welcome to apply.
CEI Comprehensive non-FDW certification.
Confident with fairly good communication skills
Able to work with minimal supervision and able to think out of the box
Passionate in meeting & communicating with people
Willing to learn and grow to achieve better results
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm)
