Identify and develop client and business relationships.
Conduct full cycle of recruitment activities for our client.
Provide recruitment services and advice to both corporate clients and candidates.
Assist client in arranging and scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate and negotiate on salary offer on behalf of clients and candidates.
Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates.
Work closely with different teams to fulfil client\'s needs.
Additional requirements:
CEI certified would be an advantage
Strong passion for recruitment and sales driven
Good communication and interpersonal skills
