Responsibility

• The Recruitment Consultants will fulfil a highly visible and 360-degree role in the company.
• Managing the entire recruitment process, encompassing advertising, screening, interviewing, making recommendations, and ensuring successful placements.
• Presenting placement rates and quotes to clients for different positions and salary levels.
• Providing service to existing clients and actively seeking new business opportunities as needed.
• Cultivating strong relationships and fostering loyalty with established clients through consistently delivering high-quality service.
• Addressing grievances, complaints, and performance issues from both candidates and clients.
• Striving to meet both individual and company sales targets

Requirements:

• Preferably a Diploma or Degree. Those without are most welcome to apply as well.
• Preferably at least 1 - 2 years of recruitment sales or sales experience in any industries. Those without are most welcome to apply as well.
• Have the passion to do sales and affinity to achieve sales targets.
• Resourceful, versatile and keen to communicate with all walks of life.
• Familiar with MS Office
