• Responsible for building up assigned specialized recruitment practice.
• Working closely with the manager to drive market penetration initiatives by formulating a structured business plan and developing market penetration strategies.
• Develop and maintain an exclusive relationship with your clients and drive lead generation initiatives.
• Source, select, and headhunt potential candidates and ensuring the shortlist is in accordance with the client's full expectations.

Key competencies required

• Minimum 1 year of 360 recruitment experience.
• Commercially savvy and excellent communicator.
• Driven and self-motivated personality to achieve consistent results.
• Ability to work in a team in achieving the business goal as a group.
