Key Responsibilities:
Drive
new business development
by identifying, approaching, and securing clients within the manufacturing industry.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to understand their hiring needs and workforce strategies.
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to client requirements.
Develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector.
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets by consistently delivering value to both clients and candidates.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the manufacturing industry.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to share leads, insights, and best practices.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, HR, or related discipline.
At least
2-4 years' experience
in recruitment, with a proven track record in
business development
.
Strong knowledge of the
manufacturing industry
and related roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
CEI certification (have or willing to obtain).
