Role & Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates according to client requirements
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Manage candidate database and provide timely updates to the team
Requirements
Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Access to recruitment platforms or professional networks will be an advantage
