Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the US, UK, or AU recruitment
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficient at using software and leveraging technology for talent acquisition processes.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Analytical mindset, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution.
  • Excellent at both verbal and written communication.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, hard-working, and goal-driven.
  • Preferably, with experience from a recruitment agency
What You Will Do:
  • Managing recruiters (around 5 recruiters)
  • Overseeing sourcing, hiring, and employee acquisition processes.
  • Ensuring that talent acquisition projects fall in line with organizational objectives.
  • Making sure that recruiters are hitting their KPIs
  • Creating and proofing guidelines for hiring practices within the organization (SOPs and protocols)
  • Designing features and structures to have consistency among the recruitment team
  • Producing regular reports on talent needs, acquisitions, and plans.
  • Coordination and collaboration with Account Managers
