Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our team and support our recruitment efforts in the financial planning industry. The Recruitment Executive will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and qualifications for various roles within the financial planning industry.

Utilize diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract a pool of qualified candidates.

Review resumes and application materials to identify candidates with relevant experience and skills in financial planning.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates\' suitability for specific positions and further evaluate their qualifications.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties have the necessary information and materials.

Assist in conducting reference and background checks to verify candidates\' credentials and ensure their suitability.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment databases.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.

Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the financial planning industry.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Knowledge of recruiting tools and methods, including job boards and social media.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with financial planning concepts and certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC) is a plus.
Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
