A Human Resources practitioner is responsible for building people and leadership capability, developing an adaptive and competitive organization, and creating a productive environment to deliver increased business results and competitive advantage for the company. To fulfill this responsibility, the HR Manager plays four roles: Business Partner, Change Agent, Employee Champion, and Administrative Specialist.

As a Recruitment Manager in Human Resources, you will:

Work with business leaders and recruitment teams to craft and implement an Early Career sourcing strategy that will build a robust pipeline and attract the best talents to apply for a long-term career at P&G. Curate talent landscape assessments to understand the target market for each need and own the thinking and execution of social media campaigns and/or other initiatives to attract talents. Do actual sourcing to meet hiring needs while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Your Team

You will be reporting to the PH Country Recruitment Leader.

What Success Looks Like

Your success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Your manager would provide full-support though continuous mentoring and coaching

Qualification Required:

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in talent acquisition particularly in sourcing, strategy design and end to end recruitment operations
  • Must have knowledge on the use of candidate search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Knowledge of the Workday system is an advantage
  • Good written and communication skills
