Oversee the execution of all activities of recruitment, OD and training unit
Completion of manpower requirements within thirty (30) days from the time the positon was vacated/from approval of the manpower request form if for additional position
Conducts surveys, creates reports, and applies the findings to improve decision-making, strategies, and recruitment procedures
Provides insights programs that are impacting the business inclusive of training, internal movement, career-path creation, and so forth.
Develops innovative sourcing strategies and procedures and ensures that there is a consistent and positive candidate experience, which increases the prospects of acquisition and retention of talent for the business.
Provides direction and consultation to the business on emerging trends and best practices that impact and influence acquisition and attraction within key talent segments.
Ensures that all business's recruiting practices comply with the applicable regulations, both internal and external.
Oversees the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals.
Develops programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture.
Facilitates the development and implementation of employee performance measurements to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement.
Goal setting and job descriptions for all employees. Write the job description and job specifications.
Periodic evaluations for faculty and staff
Regular meetings and input from all staff
Contracts and work rules
Unit daily, monthly and annual report
Secures and updates e201 file/manual 201 files including the pre-employment requirements
Maintains the employee profiles in HRIS
Handles company events and activities
Ordering of supplies, services, equipment
Job Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Human Resources Development Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
Must have at least 5 years of experience as a recruitment lead
Must have experience and background in OD and Training
Excellent understanding of he end-to-end recruitment process.
With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
With leadership and negotiation skills.
Amenable to work from home temporarily.
