Maintain a 360-degree desk that involves both the Business Development aspects of the recruitment industry
Source for new clients, negotiation of terms and signing local, regional or even global agreements as well as the Sourcing side of the desk.
High-level Headhunting, Market Mapping and extensive searching for Top Talent in the market for your clients.
Run daily or weekly huddles with your team, support them with their own client and candidate needs.

Job Requirement

Prior experience in recruitment, proven experience in individual 360 Recruitment with a strong track record of sales, as well as managing a small team of at least 2 other team members in 360 Recruitment.
Strong motivations towards running a sales team, be comfortable winning businesses and be interested in developing high performing sales individuals under their leadership.
Willing to work in a high-performance sales environment which does mean Team Targets, individual Billing targets, KPIs.
