Job Requirement
Prior experience in recruitment, proven experience in individual 360 Recruitment with a strong track record of sales, as well as managing a small team of at least 2 other team members in 360 Recruitment.
Strong motivations towards running a sales team, be comfortable winning businesses and be interested in developing high performing sales individuals under their leadership.
Willing to work in a high-performance sales environment which does mean Team Targets, individual Billing targets, KPIs.
