Your new role
As a Senior recruitment consultant for clients and candidates, your responsibilities include:

• Management of client and candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process
• Experience in Recruitment Sales / Business Development / Human Resource & Admin / Business Support
• Adhere to all quality procedures and recommend enhancements to operations, procedures, or policies to ensure an environment of continual improvement
• Generate and achieve monthly KPIs
• 360-degree end-to-end recruitment duties
• Perform business development and acquire new clients\' accounts
• Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with clients
• Source and screen for active & passive candidates with respect to client\'s hiring requirements
• Prepare written and verbal applicant resume summaries and brief candidates on the position & interview

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Recruitment background preferred.
• Must be CEI-Basic Certified
• Basic Salary with an Attractive incentive package
• Good Basic + Incentives + target earning.
• Permanent full-time role
