As part of the company\'s succession planning, our client, a leading local insurance firm in Singapore is looking for a Recruitment Manager/Officer candidate to drive the growth of the agency sales force.
Responsibilities of the role:
Reporting to the Deputy CEO of the firm, you will spearhead the growth of the agency sales force and sales outreach to ensure growth targets in sales and manpower are achieved.
Requirements of the role:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of sales experience with prior experience in insurance sales or insurance agency management. You should also be driven and have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
