Job Description

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Interacting with department heads to identify job openings and prepare job descriptions and requirements
  • Work with the hiring manager, panel members, and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment and hiring the new employee.
  • Posting job openings on media and social media outlets
  • Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants and performing reference checks
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
  • Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Stay up to date with current recruiting methods
  • Compiling reports on recruitment for the HR department
  • Develops creative sourcing techniques in getting extraordinary talents.
  • Identify recruitment priorities and develops a strategy to fill the openings
  • Scheduling, Conduct screening, testing, and preliminary interviewing of potential employees
  • Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
  • Identify key recruiting KPIs
  • Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
  • Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress
  • Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter
  • Deep understanding of HR and Talent acquisition practices.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
Job Type: Full-timePay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
