Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a comprehensive and analytical Recruitment Report for the team as needed.
  • Contribute and assist the HR Lead and HR Manager in planning for attraction and brand-strengthening strategy for Recruitment.
  • Understand the of all positions to establish the right and effective way to attract the qualified candidates.
  • Assist the HR Lead in building and maintaining partnership with 3rd Party Outsourcing Companies and Educational Institutions.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive applicant recruiting.
  • Drafting and presenting the Job Offer, and Employment Contract to the qualified candidate.
  • Manage the company's Internship Programs by ensuring partnership with different Educational Institutions.
  • Deliver superior New Hire Experience by conducting the Company Orientation, facilitating the office tour and introducing the
  • New Hire/s to all team members.
  • Ensure that the New Hire/s understand all the HR Initiated processes, standards, and policies.
  • Contribute and assist the HR Lead and HR Manager in designing an effective and high quality On-boarding process.
  • Attract and gather a pool of applicants by publishing Job Advertisements on different job posting sites.
  • Contact and arrange an Interview and Exam Schedule with the applicants gathered from different Recruitment Sources.
  • Facilitate the Role-related and Behavioral exam to the applicants to ensure proper screening of skills and capabilities.
  • Conduct background investigation for Qualified Candidates.
Requirements
  • Graduate of any 4-year course (Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and/or other related degrees)
  • At least 2-year experience in handling end-to-end Recruitment and On-boarding Process.
  • Experience in recruiting IT vacancies
  • Knowledge in Recruitment key concepts, terminologies, main business processes, pain points and best practices.
  • Knowledge in different sourcing sites and strategies.
  • Display strong oral communication and interpersonal skills, including effective speaking, and negotiating.
  • Display grace under pressure with competing priorities and multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment while following strict target dates.
  • Ability to develop and deliver verbal presentation to diverse level of audience.
Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Commission pay
