Job Description
- Identify current and prospective Personnel requirements
- Be actively involved in preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the end-to-end hiring process.
- Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant policies and laws for all positions.
- Ensures recruitment KPIs are achieved
- Plans and identify other methods to effectively source candidates for hard-to-fill positions
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Provide sufficient information on positions and terms and conditions of employment to job applicants
- Performs and/or coordinates reference and background checks
- Coordinate and participate in the deliberation and final selection with hiring managers
- Creates and communicates recruitment paperwork for Approval, and recruitment status report to HR Manager
