Responsibilities
- Screening, and performing interviews with potential candidates for company's vacancy
- Setting up meetings between management and candidates
- Posting on social networks to aid with recruitment process
- Co-ordinate and work directly with management and employees for recruitment activities
- Achieve company's key performance index
- Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed
- Dynamic, outgoing and productive individual
- Able to work independently
- Candidate must possess at least A level / Local Diploma in any field
