Basic Salary: $2,200 - $2,500
Gross Salary: Min $3,500
Responsibilities:
Undercover new business opportunities via cold calling and business development
Understand and assess client's recruitment needs
Screen and interview candidates to ensure job match for clients and candidates
Manage job offering process and handle negotiations on compensation and benefits
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in any field
Candidate with No Sales / Recruitment Experience are welcome to apply (Full Training will be provided)
Self-motivated, committed, persistent and positive attitude
Result-oriented and sales-driven
