Location:


North Region (Industrial Estate with many affordable meal options. Employees may also be allocated a free parking lot, subjected to availability)





What You'll Do:


Conduct cold calling using the leads provided by the company and through personal referrals. Utilise creative business development methodologies to acquire new business, while maintaining close partnership with existing ones. Build and Maintain a healthy pipeline of new and existing corporate clients through active engagement with clients. Build and maintain a talent pipeline by sourcing passive candidates and nurturing relationships. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic insights on candidate availability and market trends. Utilize creative sourcing techniques to expand our candidate reach. Analyze data and market trends to enhance our recruitment strategies.
What We're Looking For:


Proven experience in B2B sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. CEI-certified individuals will be preferred. A proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency. Resilient and innovative.
