• Working days: 5 days 9am - 6pm (Fully Remote!)

Job Requirements:

• MUST be CEI certified with FDW Module
• Experience in recruitment industry / Min. 2 years of sales experience
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or related field

Job Scope:

• Handle day-to-day tasks associated with hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training
• Work closely with Recruitment Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensure that the recruitment timelines are met
• Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms
• Post job advertisements on job portals and print media
• Coordinate interviews (F2F/Phone/Zoom)
• Shortlist candidates through interviews, perform screening of candidates and assist with reference checks
