If you are passionate about people, determined to be the best, thrive under pressure, and respond proactively and positively to targets, a career at Success could be your opportunity to shine.Your will oversee the entire cycle of the candidate management process as a Recruitment Specialist such as headhunting talents with the domain knowledge and technical skills, conducting interviews, and guiding them on the interviewing process. You will also perform account management duties by communicating with clients to understand hiring needs and provide professional consultation on employment market and practices to both clients and jobseekers.Key qualities required:

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:30pm), Hybrid

• Up to $3,500 basic
• Competitive Commission

Key Skills:

• Good command of English
• Possess CEI certificate is an added advantage
• Good phone and email etiquette
