Develop a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to quick turnaround time. Partnering and making recommendations with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and be a sparring partner for candidate review and selection. Sourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes and coordinating interviews, performing in-person with hiring managers, phone interviews with candidates and following up on the interview process status. Making salary negotiations with candidates, managing their expectations with company\xe2\x80\x99s goals Staying current on the company\xe2\x80\x99s organization structure, personnel policy and local legislation regarding employment practices. Demonstrate business acumen with HR knowledge to advise business leaders on best practices on recruitment and external recruitment market conditions. Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
Onboarding Preparing salary offer and package for terms of offer for management approval and ensuring all documents are completed. Drafting of LOA and ensuring all details and signatories are in order. Working closely with payroll to align with start date, offer and other administrative details. Application and coordination of Work Passes accessing via myMOM Portal, WPOL, OFWAS, myCareersfuture and recruitment agencies for foreign workers. Knowledge of using SAT for SPass applications is a must to minimize rejections and drafting of salary offers prior to applications. Coordinating with respective reporting officer for new joiners and sending over uniforms and 1st day Kit via courier.
