:

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake corporate and enrichment teachers/curriculum hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.

Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels, we\xe2\x80\x99d like to meet you.

• Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
• Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
• Collaborate with hiring managers for all hiring activities
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Provide effective HR support to the assigned departments in HR matters and issues

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in the relevant discipline (preferred)
• 2-3 years of working experience in recruitment agency
• Conversant with the Singapore Employment Act and a good understanding of general HR practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset. Putting our internal stakeholder\xe2\x80\x99s interest first.
• Ability to empathise and communicate with employees of all levels including ancillary staff.
• Keen interest in Education and love for children
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good team player and collaborative.
• Resilient with proven ability to work independently in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment.
• Experience in recruitment of Enrichment teaching and curriculum specialist will be an advantage
