Job Description

Ensures overall recruitment process of Wishcraft Group of Companies and performs proactive measures in the new trends and strategies of recruitment to acquire high potential talents, establish and maintain a pool of qualified applicants.Assist the HR Department in the over-all execution of the recruitment, employee engagement programs, legal protocols, and other HR related tasks.

• Supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience, preferably with ADVERTISING / MANPOWER industry
• 1-3 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement.
• Has a vast manpower next work and experience in high volume deployment
• Ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.
• Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
• Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.
• Proficient writing skills to produce reports on hiring analysis.
• Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and train new employees.
• Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment.
• In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity.
• Willing to work onsite as needed
• Willing to ASAP
