About Our Client
The client functions as the digital arm of a leading retail company in the country, and offers end to end e-commerce solutions.
- Source for ideal and strong candidates for the open roles of the company
- Work closely with the respective hiring managers for the roles at hand
- Conducts initial screening process and interviews with prospective candidates
- Manages the onboarding and offboarding processes of the business
- Performs background checks of successful candidates
The Successful Applicant
- Solid background of at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition
- Strong initiative and passion for Human Resources
- Preferably a background in the Retail/FMCG/E-Commmerce industry
- Willing to have a hybrid setup and report to an office based in Bonifacio Global City
