What you will be working on:

• Lead and supervise a team of officers responsible for processing refund applications submitted by employers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effectively address to intricate correspondences and manage challenging interactions with employers and/or employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Innovate and develop strategies to promote accurate submission of contributions and cultivate positive habits among stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive continuous process improvements initiatives by leading system enhancements/improvements and reviewing existing operation policies/guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including IT colleagues and vendors. This involves implementing policy changes, identifying system requirements and business priorities, defining timelines, and efficiently managing available resources.

What we are looking for:

• At least 6 years of working experience preferably in processing refund applications and or financial administration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in leading teams and collaborating with others to provide support in achieving common goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in addressing complex correspondences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in driving continuous process improvement initiatives, including leading system enhancements, reviewing operation policies, and implementing changes for efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to handle multiple tasks while properly prioritising urgent and high-impact work \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and resources effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in data visualisation and automation tools, with an advantageous skill set in platforms like Power BI and UiPath. The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager/Assistant Director, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
