Regional Account Manager, APAC - based in Singapore
At Probi we are looking for a Regional Account Manager covering APAC area except China. If you want to be part of an exciting growth journey and have passion for developing and optimizing customer relationships, this should be something for you!
As the Regional Account Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and manage the business with an expanding probiotic portfolio and delivery technologies for dietary supplements and functional food
  • Deliver the revenue and growth targets in the assigned accounts and territories
  • Maintain existing customer relationship at different levels within the account, provide consistent high-quality support to clients issues and find opportunities for increased collaboration.
    • Develop, execute, document & maintain sufficient customer sales opportunities across assigned accounts
    • Facilitate and execute contract and licensing negotiation with customers
    • Establish relationships with cross functional team at all levels
    • Present features and benefits of Probi products and service including clinic research
    • Conduct on-site sales meeting with customers and prospects including key stakeholders from both
    • Organizations
  • Manage and develop regional accounts and distributors
    • Develop short and medium commercial plans with collaboration from Marketing, Product Management and R&D.
  • Follow up customers projects in collaboration with support teams based in Sweden and USA
  • Understanding customer needs, identifying business opportunities and translating them into an customers solution offering consisting of health ingredients and formulation solutions

We believe the right candidate will have the following:
  • Bachelors or higher University degree in scientific field, nutrition, food technology or any related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience. Experience in probiotics is a merit
  • Proactive, independent and enjoy taking your own initiatives
  • Curious, and spend time to continuously learning and try new ways of doing things
  • Passionate about client interactions, listening to their needs and enjoy finding solutions to client issues
  • You follow up, bring deals to a close and are results oriented
  • Communicate clearly in English
  • Communicate well and work collaboratively in a matrix organization set up
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

The role is based at Probi\xe2\x80\x99s office in Singapore. Probi has a hybrid working environment where employees can work virtually 40% of the time.
