Job Description

The Role

• This a full commercial role with focus on marketing, sales and distribution of our Healthcare product range in Europe, Australasia and any assigned markets.

• Maximize profitability of our business by developing and executing effective marketing and strategic plans for our flagship brand in each market

• Manage our distributors

• Appoint and appraise effective distributors in each assigned market

• Manage sales and marketing plans with distributor partners to develop and grow our business

• Ensure brand guidelines are respected in all consumer touch points from distribution, communication, merchandising & marketing executions.

• Manage external stakeholders

• To appoint and work with advertising agencies and third-party suppliers for each market through close collaboration with distributor partners.

• Work with the third-party agencies to build consumer franchise for our products

• Partnering internal stakeholders in Business Development, Legal, Manufacturing and Regulatory departments to gain market access, launch new products, manage inventories and orders fulfillment

The Individual

• Tertiary education, with 6+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in consumer healthcare, OTC or FMCG

• Independent self-starter, have a growth mindset, and willing to put in the hard work

• Resourceful, able to think creatively and possess a strong bias for action

• Able to work through ambiguity and paradoxes with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tactical execution is aligned with our strategic priorities

• Able to clearly articulate own perspectives logically and inspires commitment in others
