This a full commercial role with focus on marketing, sales and distribution of our Healthcare product range in Europe, Australasia and any assigned markets.
Maximize profitability of our business by developing and executing effective marketing and strategic plans for our flagship brand in each market
Manage our distributors
Appoint and appraise effective distributors in each assigned market
Manage sales and marketing plans with distributor partners to develop and grow our business
Ensure brand guidelines are respected in all consumer touch points from distribution, communication, merchandising & marketing executions.
Manage external stakeholders
To appoint and work with advertising agencies and third-party suppliers for each market through close collaboration with distributor partners.
Work with the third-party agencies to build consumer franchise for our products
Partnering internal stakeholders in Business Development, Legal, Manufacturing and Regulatory departments to gain market access, launch new products, manage inventories and orders fulfillment
The Individual
Tertiary education, with 6+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in consumer healthcare, OTC or FMCG
Independent self-starter, have a growth mindset, and willing to put in the hard work
Resourceful, able to think creatively and possess a strong bias for action
Able to work through ambiguity and paradoxes with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tactical execution is aligned with our strategic priorities
Able to clearly articulate own perspectives logically and inspires commitment in others
