DescriptionMission statement:The Key Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with the organization\'s most important clients. This involves communicating with Senior Executives (inclusive of C-levels), decision makers and people of influence in the organization, to understand their needs, ensuring satisfaction, and maximizing opportunities across various Business Units. He / She will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the client, strategizing to meet both parties\' objectives while driving growth and profitability.He / She is responsible to manage all business opportunities with in-country teams across APAC for the assigned accounts, who has presence in the region. Be part of the sales functions/processes, developing the accounts, and managing issues and providing resolutions on any possible situations. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.Your responsibilities:You will maintain long-term, strategic relationships with selected accounts and serve as single point of contact to customer, leading technical and commercial negotiations.You will lead account reviews, build account plans and sales strategies, inclusive of a thorough understanding of customer\xe2\x80\x99s stakeholders, strategies, and processes for business growth.You will be responsible in early identification, qualification and engagement of sales opportunities with cross business sales teams, identifying and satisfying customer\xe2\x80\x99s need with innovative solutions, contributing to building a sustainable data center.You will work on drive Capture Teams, Must Wins, relevant pipeline management, implement local & global sales processes and tools.You will support bottom-up Market Insights and Market Outlook (MIMO) process and lead forecasting and long-term demand estimate and expand data center service business.You will be responsible for Singapore data center business, as Singapore Data Center Lead.Living Hitachi Energy\'s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your background:You hold bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business / engineering.Minimum 5 years of professional experience working in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Product Management and/or Engineering.Ability to build, grow and maintain positive relationships with every level in the assigned account, building credible networks.Good understanding of the data center market development is highly preferred.Experience in business development, Sales & account management.Experience in value-based and strategic selling, to take the lead in high level sales engagements is an asset.Wide networking experiences with Data Center customers is a must.A profound sense of quality and a keen interest in complexities, a sense of urgency, and persistence in achieving goals.Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, leadership, and strong priority.This position will require travelling, across APAC based on customer\xe2\x80\x99s need.Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in Singapore without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.Strong communication skill.
