Job Description



ChampionX has an immediate need for a Regional Administrative Assistant located in Singapore. This is your opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits. What You Will Do:

  • Manage flight and hotel booking, visa application and process travel requisitions for approval for Region Business and Functional Leadership
  • Handle telephone calls, office supplies, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, conferences and travel arrangements
  • Provide logistics and admin support for events such as trainings, leadership meetings, region onboarding, university career fair, etc
  • Support leadership on consolidating and preparing presentation materials
  • Take Meeting Minutes / Distribute & Follow-up Action Lists
  • Manage travel expense claims in Concur for Regional Sales Manager
  • Checking & coding of supplier invoices
  • General SAP Administration
  • Arranging courier service \xe2\x80\x93 FedEx (Adhoc)
  • Facilitate document and contract signing and issuance
  • Updating Legal Contracts Tracker
  • Market Sales Pyramid Compliance Check
  • Issue Customer Quotations
  • Collection of supporting shipping documentation to aid timely invoicing
  • Responding to customer enquiries / website enquiries for general company and product information
  • Liaising with Supply Chain & Finance regarding product lead time & pricing quote
  • Liaising with Marketing and RD&E on product information
  • Liaise with Finance to follow-up customer receivable invoice payment
  • Obtaining data and submitting requests for new customers, vendors and pack sizes
  • Coordinate Jurong Island pass issuance
Minimum Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business/administration completed/in progress
  • Minimum 1 year of Administrative support experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft PowerBI
  • Customer service experience where you have directly interfaced with customers
