Source, identify, and assess Carriers (Airfreight)' performance to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods.
Establish and maintain strategic partnership with Airlines and Logistics Service Providers in order to negotiate favorable rates and ensure service standards.
Engage and drive carrier engagement/ procurement process, involving RFQ bidding with Carriers to secure the best rates in pricing and space for cost efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Innovation and Operations team) to develop the cost effective Air products solutions to potential clients and optimize procurement processes that aligned with business goals.
Execute the air procurement strategies to maximize the revenue through Air product solutions enhancement.
Manage contract administrations including rate negotiations, service commitments, and performance metrics.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key airline/ Logistics Service Providers partners.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.
Minimum 8+ years of related working experience in Global Logistics Company or Airline/ Air Freight industry
Deep understanding of Air spot rate and Supply Chain Management
Good in negotiating with airlines and logistics service providers.
Well versed in international air cargo regulations, including customs, security, and environmental standards.
Proven track record in Air cargo sales experience- B2B Sales and Marketing
Established good connection with Airlines/ Carriers and/or other co-loaders
