Regional App & Product Manager DS APAC




The Regional Applications & Product Manager, RAD Digital Solutions APAC role incorporates the focus on the product strategy, Product educational planning and refinement of Bayer\'s customer application training approach, This includes delivering a differentiated product to market that addresses a market need and executing clinical education training strategies that enable Bayer\'s customers to achieve desired outcomes from the use of Bayer\'s enterprise platform and the clinical applications made available via that platform.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Defines the product and application training vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements.

• Build and maintain customer relations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain expertise with Bayer\'s current product/software offerings as well as new versions and revisions.

• Acts as the customer advocate articulating the user\xe2\x80\x99s and/or buyer\xe2\x80\x99s needs.

• Works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.

• Contributing to the creation of new training content and curriculums.

• Gather customer feedback, contribute to continuous improvement efforts and other strategic projects across the digital organization.

• Represent Bayer at conferences and trade shows both virtually and in-person, support educational meetings, and demo site visits.

• Contribute to process creation and refinement within the Digital Radiology Business.

• Cross-functional collaboration to support new clinical application onboarding

• Build and support strong collaborative relationships with key thought leaders, maintain clinical and technical expertise, keep customers & collaboration partners informed about the Bayer\xe2\x80\x99s DSB technologies.

• Support business development and sales to a successful market introduction.

• Work closely with legal and Regulatory departments to make sure activities remain compliant.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Associate Degree in a relatable technical / clinical discipline such as Radiologic Sciences or Information Technology with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• CT or MR experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of Radiology and associated IT workflows

• Strong presentation, verbal, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite; Working knowledge of and willingness to learn new technologies & internal software systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot.

• Experience with Health Information Technology products / ecosystems preferred.

• Experience with Radiology and IT / User Experience domains.

• Experience with clinical applications and AI applications used in Radiology settings.

• Exposure to managing workflow and user experience approaches towards bringing Artificial Intelligence /Machine Learning based products /offerings is highly desired.

• Excellent presentation skills to communicate results and new developments to top collaborators, internal audiences, and Bayer\xe2\x80\x99s Leadership team

• Excellent communication skills for daily interaction with top collaborators, key opinion leaders.

• Market expert. Market expertise includes understanding the reasons customers purchase products. This includes a deep understanding of the competition, and how customers think of and buy your product. Product Managers need market research and competitive analysis skills to complete these tasks

• Ability to problem solve, manage complexity and ambiguity.

• Ability to support varying levels of travel, with peaks of up to 30-40%
