Perform own business activities to hunt for potential leads
Develop new customers within the industry vertical and target customers
Establish customer relationships via personal visits, email, phone correspondence and other professional channels such as networking events, trade shows, industry organisation groups, etc.
Organise and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention
Ensure personal sales targets and KPIs are met
Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis
Provide rate quotes to customers and potential customers.
Requirements:
Min 2-3 years of business development working experience, preferably in logistics
Contract logistics business development (regional) preferred
Experience in FMCG, High-Tech, Retail industry customer management
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma holder in any field
Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and external associates at all levels
Highly motivated individual
Need to communicate in Korean (need to communicate in Korean speaking client and counterparts)
