Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Singapore and ASEAN region to drive growth and expand market presence.
Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key clients, distributors, and project partners.
Promote and position company products to targeted customer groups and decision makers.
Establish and grow partner sales channels to increase regional market share.
Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to support business strategy.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and contractors to secure new business opportunities.
Deliver sales training and support to partners where required.
Track performance against sales targets, prepare accurate forecasts, and provide business updates to management.
Develop annual business plans and budgets in alignment with company objectives.
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain service excellence.
Travel frequently within the region to support business growth and partner engagement.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree holders with at least 5 years of experience in business development, account management or specification sales
Proven success in channel development and managing key accounts
Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to travel within ASEAN countries
