Responsibilities:
Meet zonal objectives in terms of volumes and GMVC by prospecting and converting key partners.
AO Product diversification by growing sales of Car Care and coolant range.
Work with global KA team to extend global relations to APMO zone.
Explore partnership and franchise models across various countries.
Coordinate and follow up with the affiliates on a regular basis the status of sales results vs. budget
Support affiliates in converting tyre locations to our range of products.
Ensure implantation of global workshop concept guidelines to all affiliates.
Implment strategy for PCMO and MCO workshop segments across the zone
Requirements:
Appropriate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in a regional sales, preferably in the automotive aftersales/tyres/lubricant sector- Knowledge of franchise business model is an advantage.
Ability to work on cross country projects. Regional roles in Asia Pacific or Middle East an advantage.
