Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build strategic business partnerships with the distributors and key partners.
- Deliver profitable growth and hit the divisional targets in assigned market.
- Keep up to date with market intelligence and competitors in market movement over various countries.
- Liaise with distributors to understand regulatory guidelines for assigned markets and collaborate with global team on regulatory documentation.
- Oversee all sales & marketing activities with distributors.
- Degree in Business Admin or equivalent
- At least 5 years of Regional Sales and Distributor management experience in Pet/Baby Products, FMCG industry.
- Familiar in retail and trade operations, category management and margin contributions and buying practices in Asian markets.
