Job Description

You will be a Category Subject Matter Expert in the areas of Consulting, Financial Services, Tax Consulting, Audit Services, Legal Services, Insurance, Managed Services and Technical Services (Translation, Memberships & Subscription and Quality). He/She will partner with stakeholders from various functions across all sectors in the region.

Major responsibilities:

1. Regional Sourcing Strategies

• Responsible for implementing and keeping the regional sourcing strategy current and ensure this is aligned with global strategies and regional business needs.
• Lead or support key global category procurement initiatives e.g., BPO, Payroll, Consulting, Corporate Cards, etc.
• Work closely with Global Corporate Services Category Lead to ensure alignment to strategy and adherence to policies

2. Cost Savings

• Identify cost savings opportunities that will bring efficiencies in the delivery of services
• Drive implementation of global projects on a regional level. Ensure planned projects for the year are monitored and executed flawlessly.
• Collaborate with country stakeholders to identify opportunities to reduce cost or cost-effective solutions
• Keep a regional or global mindset to ensure projects are leveraged and value maximized

3. Procurement Operations

• Continue to find opportunities to improve procurement operational metrics
• Monitor and implement improvements in the process, partnering with Global Services to ensure customer satisfaction

4. Stakeholder management

• Continue to strengthen stakeholder management and ensure procurement support on all requirements and any unmet needs
• Establish a governance process on key initiatives that require follow-through from procurement

5. Supplier management

• Identify the right vendor for every requirement
• Identify key suppliers for Supplier Management - track performance, conduct performance reviews and explore business opportunities
• Work with contracting teams to ensure contracts are in place and compliant to policies
• Establish a regular cadence of meetings with strategic suppliers (quarterly/annually etc.) and involve regional leadership to identify category improvement opportunities

5. Others

• Deliver savings commitment for the region and mitigate potential gaps
• Regular reporting of updates/ challenges to management
• Support category\'s D&I commitments for the region by identifying diverse suppliers and coaching them to obtain certification etc.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• University Degree in Business, Procurement or relevant discipline
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in an international environment required
