You will be responsible for covering Singapore, Malaysia, Phillipines, and a small team in China.

Our client is a French MNC, power/energy company. Their headquarters are located in France and they have more than 150 years of history. In the SEA region, they have more than 2000 employees and more than 1400 staff in Singapore.



Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the salary review and identify trends in salary movement and merit increases
  • Provide rewards strategies' support for change management, working in collaboration with Global and Regional C&B partners
  • Actively participate to the deployment/ implementation of new C&B tools/ programs supporting annual compensation process
  • Preparing, analyze and present appropriate data for overall HR and reward strategies
  • Support strategic transversal initiatives and advising HR teams on C&B matters to enhance and develop the knowledge and skills in the area of rewards
  • Actively monitor and analyse variances in employment cost between Actuals and Budget on monthly basis and provide solutions.
  • Support in workforce planning from budget perspective along with implementation in system.
  • Provide regional support in mobility processes and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources or C&B
  • Regional exposure will be an advantage.
  • Disciplined in performing job, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
