Commercial Banking Business (CCB) is one of the key focus areas for TTS Trade and to strengthen the Regional trade product team we are looking to hire this critical resource to achieve very ambitious business growth. The Regional CCB Trade Product Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Asia , is a senior level role and we are looking for a strategic professional having strong business acumen in managing the overall business with P&L responsibility, who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. Responsibilities:

• Overall P&L responsibility of CCB Trade \xe2\x80\x93 Asia covering all the trade products namely Loans, Payables Finance, Receivables Finance, Core Trade and EAF.
• Responsible for all activities related to the development and commercialization of trade products including developing business cases, product enhancements innovation, feature and functionality definition based on market, industry research and trends for our Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) clients
• Creates a product vision aligned to business priorities and corresponding road-map to delivery working in close partnership with country teams , regional and global product partners.
• Close coordination with Risk organization in suggesting the right products and framework with appropriate mitigants to suit the CCB clients
• Lead the Regional NPAC along with the regional and global product leads for launch of new products across various geographies
• Work closely with CCB organization across Banking, Product, Relationship and Key Stakeholders.
• Follows market, industry and client trends to own field and adapts them for application Citi\xe2\x80\x99s products and solutions platforms
• Conceptualizes, plans, prioritizes, coordinates design and delivery of products or features to product release, and serves as product ambassador within user community
• Works in close co-ordination with Sales, Trade Client Mgt., Operations, Technology, Business Managers and senior stakeholders to fulfill the delivery objectives
• Manages and implements a wide variety of products to address CCB client needs
• Has responsibility to deliver significant direct business results and authoritative advice regarding product development that necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy
• Partners with senior business leaders and a widely distributed global user community to define and implement solutions
• Creates clear and specific project plans, business and technical requirements documents for product execution
• Interacts directly with business managers, technology, and sales to understand their long term vision, discuss industry trends, and incorporate them into the product & solutions strategy
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
