Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including account management, internal teams and client.Oversee and track expenditure. Able to perform complex data analysis and business- applicable experience in data extraction, cleansing, integration, transformation and visualisation.Ability to take on an ambiguous problem, assess opportunities and drive progress through continuous improvement.Commercial StrategiesDevelop and implement commercial strategies to drive cost optimisation while maintaining end user satisfaction. Conduct market research, internal benchmarking and analysis to identify opportunities, trends and industry activities undertaken by other accounts.Identify most effective cost-effective commercial strategies and to steer account management team through concise conversations and discussions.Performance MonitoringTrack and analyse efficiency achieved and progress towards target. Continuous improvement to ensure on-going cost efficiency.Project Support:Adjustment of project phasing based on budget constraints and organisational priorities. This includes establishing guidelines for project categorisation according to the importance and communicating guidelines to the internal and client team for adherence to.Provide regular updates on utilisation of budget and tracking of expenditures according to plan.Keeping up the paceStay informed and up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies.
