Develop proactive communications strategies to support Company’s brand including executive communications, speaking opportunities, employee experience, and culture initiatives to raise the Company profile internally & externally across region.
Work closely with the communications executive to ensure consistent narratives across the business.
Create compelling content with customers and partners to generate powerful stories about the transformational impact of adopting outsourcing solutions
Write and edit press releases, PR plans, and related materials
Foster strong relationships externally with customers/partner and press, as well as internally with business stakeholders, including regional team members
Requirements:
Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related communications with at least 4 - 6 years of relevant working experience.
Tangible experience with producing content in all forms (articles, press releases, webinars, graphics, downloadable resources) that produce results
Working knowledge of developing communications strategies leveraging data and analytics to drive decision making
Ability and interest in leveraging multiple formats including mainstream media, blog posts, podcasts, and more to support company communications objectives.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills (copywriting, editing)
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and organisational skills, while also staying on top of tactical execution
Exhibits excellent business judgment
Ensures integrated communications approach, considering all audiences and communications channels
