We work with our colleagues to help shape and protect the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation through strategic, proactive communications that engage, inform and inspire our external audiences, colleagues and collaborators.The OpportunityAn internship in the Asia Pacific Diagnostics Communications team of Roche at our site in Singapore offers you the opportunity to apply your skills and obtain insights into the diagnostics business.During your internship:You will be part of a regional Communications team based in SingaporeYour focus will be internal and digital communications via our multiple Diagnostics Communication Channels, such as the and , and you will work with us on a variety of integrated communication campaigns \xe2\x80\x93 Freedom To Be and National Women\xe2\x80\x99s Checkup Week (Women\xe2\x80\x99s Health); Everyone Deserves to Get Tested (Hepatitis, Infectious Diseases).You will contribute to challenging projects and get specific project parts that you can finalise independentlyYou will gather, analyse and review data via Sprinklr (social media management platform) and similar tools, to optimise the use of our channels and the impact of our communication campaignsYou will design and develop presentations, ready-to-use training tools, and communication materials for external and internal communicationsWhat you will be exposed to:Learn how to drive the visibility of Roche Diagnostics through projects and activities with a strong focus on internal comms, digital and social mediaSupport the team in aligning efforts across the regionCreatively identify ways that allow the team to assess the impact of internal audience engagementSupport the team in developing content for executive leadership and work directly with senior leadersAt the end of this internship, present your ideas, project impact report, and learnings to the wider communications teamWho You AreEnterprise mindset that can break down silos.
