The Talent

• Degree in Arts, Business, Mass Communications/Public Relations or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in corporate communications and preferably with experience in both B2B and B2C communications.
• Ideally, a passion for technology and understanding how it influences business and lifestyle.
• Strong communication skill
• The ability to persuade and reason cogently; strong writing and editing skills
• Have good project management and event management skills
• Be able to guide and mentor team members
• Proactive, possessing the confidence and ability to manage and communicate effectively with varied internal stakeholders, the media as well as external agencies

The Job

• Work with various business units and oversee Corporate and B2C PR initiatives to drive visibility in local market.
• Regionally, work in partnership to guide PR counterparts in the region to implement region wide campaigns and ensure that the brand is represented consistently as one voice across the region.
• Work with Senior Management on executive messaging and profiling opportunities.
• Strengthen the brand by raising its awareness and image in the region - increase visibility through advertising, events, sponsorship & corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Develop and implement regular CSR activities with the company\'s adopted beneficiaries to realize company corporate philosophy.
• Establish and implement initiatives to facilitate staff communications including content development for staff publications and the corporate intranet.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Communications Department, plan, track and update budgets on a regular basis. Set guidelines and policies pertaining to branding and communications, negotiate and oversee contracts for creative agencies.
• Assists in corporate development especially in the formulation of strategies, action plans and target tracking of projects.
• Supports the forecasting and planning process for the company.
• Conduct research and business analysis on selected countries\' economic and political environment.
• Performs market analysis such as market size, key drivers, trends, competition, etc., in order to evaluate market potential.
• Assists in organizing and preparing group level meetings and company events.
